Here you can discover the individual events taking place on the Warm-up Day. You can put together your own personalised programme. You don’t necessarily have to take part in all the events. If you’re already familiar with the subject, you can skip individual programme items. However, we do recommend taking part, as a lot of useful information is provided.
Alongside the events, there will also be an engaging fair in the Lichthof (the atrium in the main building) showcasing various UZH offerings. It’s definitely worth a visit!
The Warm-up Day takes place in German in the morning and in English in the afternoon. The content of the morning and afternoon sessions is identical. German-speaking new students are also welcome to attend the English-language sessions in the afternoon. Seats in the main hall are limited. To ensure that as many interested people as possible can attend, the event will also be broadcast live to several viewing rooms. If the main hall is full, the presentations can be followed in one of the broadcast rooms. Allocation to the rooms will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
